TAG rebuilt the FUNDAY website on Shopify Plus, creating a faster, more flexible experience designed to scale with international growth. The new site was built to feel fun and on-brand, without compromising performance or conversion. We introduced features like custom box builders, subscription flows, and integration with retail channels, while streamlining backend workflows for the team. Alongside the website, we developed FUNDAY’s full CRM setup in Klaviyo, building out core email and SMS flows, and providing ongoing strategy and campaign support.
