The Challenge

As a founder-led, fast-scaling brand, NALA needed to build its Shopify Plus website from the ground up, with no existing digital footprint. They also needed to turn Klaviyo into a powerful growth engine right away. The platform had to adapt to complex sizing filters and frequent stock updates, and the team had limited resources and CRM experience. NALA needed a platform that could automate email and SMS communications, deliver personalised flows, and scale with the business.

The Solution

TAG led the launch of NALA’s new site on Shopify Plus, combining bold visual design with high-performance UX. From day one, we set up Klaviyo as their central CRM, building out flows for welcome series, back-in-stock notifications, and post-purchase nurture using data from NALA’s fit‑library and product preferences . We also included SMS automation and loyalty integration, giving the team a polished, multi-channel CRM setup that they continue to manage.
