QA Electrical

Q&A Electrical, a leading Australian electrical contractor, sought to modernise their online presence to better attract and engage potential clients. They appointed TAG as their agency of choice to help achieve this vision.

We implemented a user-centric approach, focusing on a mobile-first user experience to cater to the growing number of users accessing the site on smartphones and tablets. A visually appealing design, incorporating professional imagery and clear navigation was implemented to enhance the user experience and reinforce the company’s brand image. Based on our research and knowledge of the audience, our goal was to connect users with the content they were looking for as quickly as possible.

The results was a modern, professional design further cemented Q&A Electrical’s reputation as a trusted provider in the industry. Our implementation of a user-friendly Webflow CMS combined with a comprehensive user training process meant that the organisation could make changes without the need of external agency support. From a technical perspective, the website was optimised for SEO performance, also achieving strong Google lighthouse test scores. TAG are continuing to work with the QA Electrical team on how we can use this project as the foundation for the next step in their digital evolution.

Premax, a performance skincare brand born in elite sport, was seeking assistance launching their products direct to consumer. We focused on optimising their website, especially the product landing pages, to ensure maximum conversion and engagement.

Given that Premax was relatively unknown in their new market, our approach extended beyond mere sales tactics; we crafted the landing pages to not only drive conversions but also educate potential customers about the brand's unique offerings and benefits. Through a combination of compelling copy, visually captivating imagery, testimonials, listicles, FAQs and intuitive user experience design, we successfully positioned Premax as a trusted authority in sports skincare.

Late in 2023, TAG were entrusted by RSLWA to create an intuitive, accessible and modern digital presence, whilst maintaining the history and tradition of one of Australia’s most revered organisations. In only a few short months, TAG released a launched a new website for RSLWA, crafted meticulously on Webflow and designed using Figma.

Our approach emphasised a clean, replicable design style, ensuring a cohesive and modern aesthetic throughout. By leveraging a templated system, we enabled the client to effortlessly manage and update the site, maintaining its visual appeal and functionality without requiring extensive technical skills.

This project underscores our commitment to delivering user-friendly and scalable web solutions tailored to our clients’ needs, a sentiment echoed by RSLWA, who saw considerable improvements in survey feedback.
