- Shifting from Retention to Reach: We pivoted from narrow loyalty to broad acquisition, targeting younger "night-starters" via always-on Meta/TikTok, hyper-local targeting, and influencer amplification.
- Strengthening Physical Availability: We optimised the digital path to purchase - improving SEO, "Order Now" UX, and delivery friction to capture intent at the point of decision.
- Scalable Platforms, Not Promos: We replaced one-off discounts with evergreen campaign platforms (e.g. Taco Tuesday) to build long-term memory structures and consistent habits.
