Built on a philosophy of personalised care, the practice focuses on delivering tailored treatment plans that prioritise both function and aesthetic outcomes. Our role was to translate this patient-first approach into a refined digital presence that builds trust, educates prospective patients, and supports consistent lead generation.


We upgraded the website with strategic UX/UI improvements to create a clearer and more intuitive patient journey, making it easier for visitors to explore procedures and book consultations. Organic social media supported bottom-of-funnel awareness through a mix of static and video content, including Marc speaking directly to camera to build trust and position Tailored Plastic Surgery as a credible and reliable choice. With these foundations in place, paid campaigns across social and search delivered outstanding performance, generating an average of 30 leads per month through paid social at a $25 CPL and 40 leads per month through paid search at a $50 CPL. Given the high value of each converted patient, these results deliver a strong return on investment while consistently driving qualified enquiries for the clinic.
