Andrew is the General Manager at TAG, leading the agency with a mandate to build a business people genuinely love being part of, and delivering work clients are proud of.

Day to day, that means setting the strategic direction, developing the senior leadership team, and ensuring TAG is growing in the right way; commercially sound, culturally strong, and consistently doing great work. Andrew operates at the intersection of people, performance, and growth, working across every part of the business to keep things moving and the bar high.

With a background spanning enterprise technology, design thinking, digital transformation, and agency leadership, Andrew brings a broad perspective to a complex role. But what drives him is straightforward: build a great team, create the conditions for them to thrive, and let the work speak for itself.

Since joining TAG in 2022, Andrew has been focused on scaling the agency with intention; attracting exceptional talent, strengthening client partnerships, and positioning TAG for its next chapter.
