Tom works across some of TAG's most active client accounts, managing the full picture from paid media and email automation through to web development and creative strategy. His focus is on building integrated marketing programs that actually move the needle, not just tick the boxes. Day to day, Tom directs paid media across Meta and Google, manages CRM and automation builds and uplift programs, oversees web projects and CRO/Web Optimisation. He also manages TAG's social media and broader marketing functions. He's comfortable operating at the strategic level and getting into the detail, whether that's structuring a campaign from scratch, writing a brief, or working through a client's growth roadmap. Tom graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Communications (Advertising) and has built his practice around the intersection of performance marketing, creative problem solving and genuine client partnership. He believes the best results come from understanding a client's business deeply, not just their marketing channels.
