Anni is a UX Engineer at TAG working across web development, design systems, CRO and front-end engineering for clients spanning a range of industries. With over a decade of experience sitting between design and development, she specialises in building modular component libraries and custom front-end solutions that are scalable, accessible, and easy for teams to maintain over time. Day to day, Anni works closely with designers, developers and account managers to translate ideas into production-ready interfaces, whether that's prototyping new features, building out reusable component infrastructure, developing CRO experiments and Shopify optimisations, or delivering custom solutions across platforms like Webflow,  and SharePoint. She's equally comfortable operating at the strategic level, helping shape technical approach and tooling, as she is in the detail of clean, well-documented code. Anni holds a Bachelor of Arts from Deakin University and is a certified LUMA Design Thinking Practitioner. She believes the best digital products come from teams who genuinely speak each other's language, and much of her work is about building the bridges, both technical and human, that make that possible.
