Zoe Goodhardt is a Partner, and Head of Growth and Marketing at TAG, where she translates complex digital ecosystems into high-performing revenue engines. A seasoned expert in Digital Strategy and Growth Marketing, she has built a career on the belief that marketing should be rooted in unit economics, not just "good vibes".
At TAG, Zoe leads the charge in helping brands navigate the transition from stagnant "business as usual" to scalable digital dominance. Whether she is auditing a CRM Automation workflow or architecting a multi-channel Paid Media campaign, her approach is characterised by a rare blend of technical precision and a warm, collaborative spirit.
When she isn’t scaling brands at TAG, Zoe is shaping the next generation of industry talent as a Guest Lecturer at RMIT University. She brings the same blend of professional candor and sharp wit to the classroom as she does to the boardroom, ensuring her students (and clients) understand that in the world of Digital Experience, if you aren't testing, you're guessing.
