Partnering closely with account managers, creatives and technical teams, Leonie specialises in advanced automation, segmentation and personalisation, delivering the kind of CRM that makes clients say, “Why didn’t we do this sooner?”. From lifecycle strategy and behavioural automations to audits, optimisation roadmaps and cross-functional collaboration, she combines data, creativity and continuous testing to build customer-first CRM programmes that are commercially impactful and designed to keep clients ahead of the curve.
