Sophie Jones is Design Lead at TAG, where she leads the agency’s creative function across brand, digital, campaign, social, CRM, and web. With a background spanning fashion, lifestyle, property, ecommerce, and consumer brands, Sophie brings a sharp eye for visual systems, creative direction, and design that feels both strategically grounded and deeply considered. Her work sits at the intersection of brand thinking and digital performance, helping translate broad ideas into creative that is clear, engaging, and built for real world use. Whether shaping a visual identity, directing campaign assets, refining a website experience, or elevating day to day creative output, Sophie is focused on making work that feels polished, purposeful, and connected to the people it is made for. As Design Lead, Sophie supports quality and consistency across the agency’s creative work, bringing structure to ambiguity and helping teams move from early ideas into confident creative direction. She has a particular strength in understanding what a brand needs to feel distinctive, relevant, and human across every touchpoint.
