Brydie is the Accounts Lead, heading up the TAG's marketing strategy and accounts team to ensure we consistently deliver a gold-standard experience across our client portfolio. She plays a key role in guiding strategic direction, supporting the team to produce high-impact work while maintaining strong, trusted client relationships.
Alongside leading the accounts function, Brydie personally manages several clients, with particular expertise in the CRM and automation space. She works closely with brands to design lifecycle strategies, optimise customer journeys, and unlock growth through data-driven email and SMS programs.
Brydie also brings performance marketing knowledge across paid social and paid search, allowing her to connect acquisition and retention strategies into a cohesive growth plan.
Responsible for client retention, Brydie is known for continually challenging the team to bring forward new ideas, innovative tactics, and smarter ways to deliver results. She places a strong emphasis on thoughtful client planning, ensuring strategies address each client’s key pain points while aligning marketing activity to meaningful commercial outcomes.
