She has led client relationships and shaped digital programs for some of Australia’s most recognisable organisations, including Adobe, Melbourne Cricket Club, The Salvation Army, and Nintendo. Her expertise spans large-scale digital work across strategy, discovery, and end-to-end website delivery, with a focus on aligning stakeholders and bringing clarity to complexity. Known as a steady, trusted presence within delivery teams, Gemma acts as a true extension of her clients’ teams - making sure they have what they need, when they need it, and helping translate ambition into clear, achievable outcomes.
