Before joining TAG, Nick built and ran his own digital agency for 9 years, growing it from the ground up before it was acquired by a global agency group. That journey gave him real commercial perspective. He understands the pressure of growth targets, payroll, difficult markets, high expectations and the constant challenge of staying relevant in an increasingly noisy digital world.Today, Nick works with ambitious brands across eCommerce, SaaS, retail, finance and property, helping them uncover the friction points quietly costing them growth. His strength lies in connecting the dots between UX, psychology, conversion, brand, data and customer behaviour — turning complexity into clear commercial opportunity. Known for his sharp thinking, straight-talking style and ability to diagnose problems quickly, Nick doesn’t believe in marketing theatre, vanity metrics or bloated agency jargon. He believes growth comes from understanding why people buy, what stops them from taking action and how small moments across a customer journey can dramatically influence commercial performance. Or more simply: he helps businesses figure out why people buy — and what’s stopping them from buying more.
